Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Small Biz Tools Hub (the “Website”) and purchases of digital products made through it.
Small Biz Tools Hub is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” means Small Biz Tools Hub. “You” and “your” means the person using the Website or purchasing a product.
By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase a product.
About our products
We sell digital products, including downloadable templates, guides, planners, checklists, spreadsheets, tools and other digital resources.
Product descriptions, previews and compatibility information are provided on the relevant product page. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
The Website and products provide general educational information only. They do not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, employment, regulatory, compliance or other professional advice. Please read our Disclaimer for more information.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or purchase a product.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order, including a valid email address so that we can send order and download information.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. We may accept or decline an order, for example where payment has not been authorised, a product has been incorrectly priced or described, or there is suspected fraud or misuse.
A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or make the digital product available for download, whichever occurs first.
Prices are displayed on the Website in the currency selected or shown at checkout. Prices, promotions and product availability may change at any time before an order is placed.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including WooPayments/Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full payment-card details. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Delivery and download access
Digital products are normally made available immediately after successful payment through a download link, order-confirmation page, email or another electronic method.
Unless a product page states otherwise, download access is available for 365 days from the date of purchase.
You are responsible for downloading and securely saving your purchased files during that 365-day period. After that period ends, we are not required to restore access, although we may choose to do so at our discretion.
If you have difficulty accessing a purchase, contact us at info@smallbiztoolshub.store with your order details.
Cancellation and refunds
For digital content supplied electronically, UK consumers may normally have a 14-day cancellation right.
However, where you request immediate access to a digital product, you will be asked at checkout to give express consent for supply to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once supply begins.
Where you have given that consent and acknowledgement and the digital product has been supplied, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, lack of use or a change in your circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.legislation.gov+1
Our Refund & Digital Products Policy explains how to request support, a replacement, correction, price reduction or refund where there is a problem with a product.
Licence and permitted use
When you buy a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download, use and adapt it for:
Your own personal use; or
Use within your own business or side hustle.
You may edit or customise templates for your own use, where the product format permits.
You must not, without our written permission:
Resell, sublicense, distribute, share, give away or transfer the product or any part of it.
Upload the product to a public or shared drive, marketplace, membership area, social-media platform or file-sharing service.
Make the product available to others as a standalone template, resource or downloadable file.
Claim ownership of the product’s original design, content or intellectual property.
Remove copyright, branding or intellectual-property notices where included.
Use the product to create or sell a competing product that substantially reproduces it.
Use the product unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
These restrictions apply even if you have edited, customised or added to the product.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all Website content and digital products, including text, product names, designs, templates, graphics, images, branding, layouts and downloadable materials, are owned by or licensed to Small Biz Tools Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Buying a product gives you the limited licence described above; it does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.
You may view, save and print Website material for your personal or internal business reference only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use Website content beyond what these Terms expressly allow.
Acceptable use
You must use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
Third-party links and services
The Website may link to third-party websites, tools, products, services or affiliate offers. These are provided for convenience and information only.
We do not control or guarantee third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, products or services. You use third-party services at your own discretion and subject to their own terms and policies.
Where we use affiliate links, we may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you in most cases. Relevant affiliate content will be identified appropriately. See our Disclaimer for further details.

Website availability and information
We try to keep the Website and its content accurate, secure and available. However, we do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from harmful components.
We may update, change, remove or correct Website content, products, prices or availability without notice. This does not affect orders already accepted, except where necessary to comply with law or correct an obvious error.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or a digital product.
You remain responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your needs, device, software and intended use before purchase.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Terms in force when you place an order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or we agree otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law allows you to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
